Terms of service
Last updated: September 9, 2026
1. Our business and these terms
The website naturaeyescontact.com and the Natura Eyes Contact store are operated by Natura Eyes Contact, at 202A-2400 boulevard Louis-XIV, Québec, QC G1C 5Y8, Canada. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to that business.
Email: naturaeyescontact@gmail.com. Business telephone: +1 418-720-1671.
These terms explain the conditions for using our website, purchasing our products and, for authorized administrators only, using the internal NaturaEyesContact publishing app. The app provisions in section 10 apply to administrators using that tool. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which supplies the commerce platform.
Please review these terms and the information shown for your order before purchasing. By placing an order or using a service, you agree to the terms applicable to that activity to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply regardless of these terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal capacity and authority to make a purchase or enter into an agreement with us. Our services are intended for adults who have reached the age of majority where they live. A person acting for a business must have authority to act for it.
Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information, and keep account information up to date. Protect your account credentials and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person or use another person’s payment method without authorization.
3. Contact lenses and product information
Contact lenses, including decorative lenses, are medical devices in Canada. Information on our website, in videos or on our social channels is product information and does not replace an assessment by an eye-care professional. Obtain professional advice about suitability and fitting, and follow the instructions supplied by your eye-care professional and the manufacturer, including care, wear and replacement instructions.
Where a prescription or another professional authorization is required for a product or destination, the applicable requirement must be satisfied before fulfilment. A purchase does not establish that a particular lens is appropriate for your eyes. If discomfort or a vision problem occurs, stop wearing the lenses and seek advice from an eye-care professional.
Product images and videos illustrate colours and designs. Appearance can vary with lighting, screens, your natural eye colour and the way the lens fits. Refer to the specific product description and labelling for material, dimensions, quantity and replacement information. Our product descriptions and any legally binding representations remain subject to applicable consumer law.
4. Prices, payment and orders
The currency displayed for your order is identified in the store or at checkout. Review the final price, applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts and any other disclosed charges before submitting payment. For cross-border deliveries, any applicable duties, import taxes or carrier charges must be disclosed as required by law; amounts not collected at checkout may be payable on importation.
An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. Acceptance and fulfilment remain subject to stock, payment authorization, destination requirements and applicable law. We may need to contact you for information required to process an order or resolve a suspected error.
We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailability, suspected fraud, a legal restriction or an error, only to the extent permitted by applicable law. We will inform you when this happens and refund amounts collected for an order we cancel. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher price without your agreement.
Changes to prices or promotions apply to future purchases and do not override rights arising from an existing order. Promotional codes are subject to the conditions shown with the offer, including any expiry, eligible products and combination rules.
5. Delivery
Available destinations, delivery methods, costs and any stated delivery commitments are provided during the purchase process. An estimated delivery time is an estimate unless expressly presented as a commitment. Your rights concerning late or missing delivery remain governed by applicable law and the terms of your order.
Check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly about an error or a missing parcel. We will work with the relevant carrier to investigate delivery problems. If a correction creates an additional charge, we will explain it before asking you to accept that charge. We do not use a carrier delay to remove any remedy you have under applicable law.
For delivery questions, email naturaeyescontact@gmail.com. The delivery information applicable when you ordered remains relevant to that purchase.
6. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Our Refund Policy sets out the store’s return process. Under the current change-of-mind policy, products must be unopened, unused, in good condition and in their original packaging, and must be shipped back within 14 days after delivery. The customer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind return. Contact us promptly for return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect a return, we will notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; a payment provider may need additional time to display it. Different or shorter deadlines required by law take precedence. For an exchange, the existing process is to return the item and place a separate order after the return is accepted.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with the order number and a description of the issue so that we can arrange an appropriate remedy. Opening a product to discover a defect does not automatically remove a statutory remedy. The change-of-mind conditions and return-shipping rule do not override legal rights concerning defective, unsafe, misdescribed or undelivered goods, or any applicable cancellation or withdrawal right.
If a mandatory consumer right gives you greater protection than a published policy, that right applies. The terms and policies provided when you purchased govern that purchase, subject to applicable law.
7. Acceptable use
Use the website and our services lawfully. You must not interfere with their security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, harass others, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use our services to distribute unlawful material.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security threat or a legal requirement. A restriction does not remove an existing obligation to fulfil or refund an order or a right you hold under consumer law.
8. Content, reviews and intellectual property
Our branding, original site content and other protected materials belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and use its features for their intended purposes. Further copying, modification or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law.
If you submit a review or other material for public display, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that it reflects your experience honestly. You give us a non-exclusive permission to display it where submitted, with reasonable formatting or moderation that does not distort its meaning. This does not transfer ownership of your work to us. A private support message is not permission to use its contents as a public testimonial.
We may moderate submissions to remove spam, unlawful material, irrelevant content or unnecessary personal information. Do not include another person’s private information without a lawful basis. Requests concerning personal information in a submission are handled under our Privacy Policy.
9. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle customer information and the information used by the publishing app, including access and deletion requests.
We send communications needed to administer orders, respond to requests and address service or safety matters. Promotional communications are subject to applicable consent requirements and include a way to unsubscribe. Purchasing a product does not waive your privacy rights.
10. Internal NaturaEyesContact publishing app
The NaturaEyesContact app is an internal publishing tool for administrators expressly authorized to manage the Natura Eyes Contact Canada Facebook Page. It is not offered as a paid customer subscription. At the date of these terms, Facebook is the active integration.
An administrator using the tool must have the required authority from the business and Meta. The administrator authorizes the tool and its permitted operators to perform the particular publishing activities approved for the business, such as uploading a video, attaching its caption, publishing it or submitting a supported schedule to Meta. Connecting an account alone does not authorize unrelated campaigns, Pages or businesses.
Administrators are responsible for supplying or approving appropriate content and checking the intended account, media, caption, links, date, time and time zone. Content must respect applicable law, third-party rights and Meta’s terms, including rights to images, voices and music. Credentials must be protected and used only by authorized operators for the approved purpose.
Upload, processing, scheduling, availability and visibility depend on Meta’s systems, account permissions and the state of the content. An accepted upload or a displayed publication time does not guarantee that everyone can see the post or that the post will receive a particular reach, engagement or sales result. Administrators should check the result in the relevant Meta service.
An authorized administrator may revoke access through Meta’s applicable account or business-integration controls and may request deletion of app-held information using the process in our Privacy Policy. Disconnecting the app does not by itself cancel content already scheduled with Meta or remove an existing post. An authorized Page administrator must manage those items separately or request specific assistance from us.
We may suspend the tool if required by the business, a security issue, lost permissions, applicable law or Meta. The tool is independently operated for Natura Eyes Contact and is not endorsed or operated by Meta. If further platforms or materially different services are introduced, their scope and applicable terms will be communicated before use.
11. Third-party services and availability
Services such as Shopify, payment providers, carriers and Meta operate their own systems and may apply additional terms when you use those services. Links to another provider do not make that provider’s policies our own. Our obligations to customers under applicable law remain in place.
We aim to provide accurate information and functioning services, but technical interruptions and errors can occur. Contact us if you find a material error or cannot complete an order. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular commercial outcome from using the website or publishing app.
12. Warranties, liability and consumer rights
Products and services remain subject to all applicable legal warranties and consumer protections, including any requirements concerning quality, safety, suitability, description and durability. These terms do not replace or exclude those protections.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect commercial losses, such as lost business opportunities or expected profits, arising from use of the website or the internal publishing tool. This limitation does not exclude a remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional or gross fault, or bodily or moral injury where applicable law protects it. It does not limit the statutory rights of a consumer purchasing our products.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are subject to applicable Canadian federal and provincial law. Mandatory protections that apply where a consumer lives continue to apply. Nothing in these terms requires a consumer to give up a competent court or dispute-resolution process available under applicable law.
Please contact naturaeyescontact@gmail.com to raise a concern so that we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from exercising a legal remedy or contacting an appropriate authority.
14. Updates and interpretation
We may update these terms for future use of our services. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide any notice or request any agreement required by law. A later version does not retroactively change a completed purchase or remove an accrued right.
If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a general waiver. Applicable law and the specific information forming part of your order take precedence over any conflicting general statement in these terms.
